Job PurposeTo provide advice and leadership on the overall provision of HR policies and operation in line with Myanmar Labor Law and HR procedures of the companyResponsibilitiesHR ManagementProvide HR advice and support to all departments of the companyReview and revise rules and regulations, contracts and remuneration policy and ensure compliance to local labor laws and other employmentrelated regulationsPerform recruitment, selection, placement process and onboardingOversee position changes, induction of new staffs including orientation and retention strategyTake lead in the review and update of appropriate job descriptions, standardize job descriptions for all positions and make sure all staff files are in placeChampions effective employee relations and manages performance issues, grievances and exit proceduresClosely coordinate and cooperate with MD and senior management team for human resource related matterControlling employment documents such as employment offer letter, employment contract, labor registration etc.Perform discipline and disciplinary process where necessaryPayrollManaging and oversee employees SSB contributions and personal income tax calculation.Setting up of Payroll Accounting Payroll Management pay regulationsSupervision of employee data updating, attendance overtime calculation, leave record and processing payroll.Implement rewards and recognition plan for employeesManage and coordinate on annual salary review process and adjustmentsAdministrationManage and monitor the implementation of administrative process and proceduresEnsure completion of paper and digital filing as well as securing administrative documents on all basesSupervise the back up of all files at coordination level on a regular basis and ensure the filing of documentsTraining DevelopmentConduct and arrange necessary training required for all and specific employees to build strong relationship among employeesCoordinate performance appraisal process with coaching and counselling of staff and managersAny other adhoc duties assigned by MD.
