Directly manage and lead the Distributors for the achievement of short and long term business objectives, increased market penetration. Ensure the efficiency of the sales approach in this territory with the appointment of an optimum set of strategic Business PartnersDistributors to increase market coverage. Ensures all the activities in the assigned territory, including third parties when applicable comply with relevant Acts, local laws and regulations as well as compliance and business ethics standards set force by Diebold Nixdorf. Establishes the sales, marketing and business development objectives, policies and programs within the context of the overall corporate plan and, where appropriate, recommends and sets objectives and quotas for the area. Ensure timely preparation, accuracy and submission of Diebold Nixdorf channel partner strategic plan, operational plan and budgets, reports and forecasts to the supervisor and Asia Pacific finance team.
